How we count visit?

A visit is recorded each time someone accesses one of the items of the account such as Member Registration, Campaign Tracking, etc. A visit of a Member Registration via tracking campaign is only counted once.


What happen if I exceed the maximum number of visits allowed?

We will send you notification email when the number of visits approaches your limit. This email gives you the opportunity to upgrade your account according to a specific pricing: S$ 52.45 for 500 extra visits until you reach the higher subscription.


What happen if I do not upgrade after the maximum number of visits allowed?

We will not terminate any service if you do not upgrage after the maximum number of visits allowed. However, system will not track any campaign activity and will not save any information from web application after exceeding the maximum number of visits allowed.


Can I resell to my Customer?

You can sell to your customers all the services created through our portal without asking for permission in compliance with our general terms and conditions. For any particular need, please contact us at info@qrbox360.com.
